Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill make up the Tar Heel State's Golden Triangle -- a land of "tees, trees, and PhDs." A population center of more than 1.4 million, the Triangle is home to three major universities and several smaller colleges. Chapel Hill is just three hours from the Blue Ridge Mountains and two hours from the North Carolina beaches, getting away for a weekend trip is easy.
Temperate weather, quality of life, town or country property choices...it doesn't get better than this.

Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Carrboro, Hillsborough and Durham all have thriving downtown areas perfect for living within walking distance to restaurants and stores. Chapel Hill and Carrboro have long been known for galleries and live music in downtown venues.
Chapel Hill, Chatham County, and Alamance County still have rural real estate perfect for horse or hobby farms and country estates near vibrant career centers, art colonies and universities. The Chapel Hill, Pittsboro, Cary and Durham area are blessed with abundant streams, creeks, rivers, ponds and lakes.
It is hard to believe that within minutes of award winning towns and cities such as Chapel Hill, Raleigh, Cary and Durham the tranquility of creek side hikes, morning fishing trips, and afternoon kayak adventures await you.
Our area is one of the centers for sustainable agriculture which provides us with splendid restaurants, vibrant farmer's markets and local produce in area markets. The entire Triangle is a hotbed of sustainable building and mainstream Green Building.
